An increasing number of bidders are enjoying the ease of the online bidding system, which has made buying at auction even more convenient.
“The £3.5 million total was very pleasing, with a good spread of interest across the catalogue, and for all types of property. It was a really encouraging sale when considered against a backdrop of the recently announced election, which can sometimes lead to uncertainty.”
