Cheffins is delighted to be sponsoring the popular Affordable Art Show in Gazeley. This new sponsorship is particularly appropriate as it complements our thriving Fine Art department, where we host regular auctions in the heart of Cambridge , as well as our Newmarket estate agency office.
Regular visitors to the event will know that the show takes place at All Saints' Church In Gazeley with the kind permission of the Vicar of Gazeley, Revd Chris Childs, and the church-wardens Simon Gash and Lynn Pilsworth.
The artists this year are a mix of very popular local professional artists such as Rod Bastable, ‘Mouse’ Cooper, Marcella Cooper and Chris Winch, in addition to a wide selection of local amateur painters. As every year, several new artists have been invited to show with us for the first time.
Ceramicists will include Helen Humphreys and Frank Logan, both of whom were very popular last year. Glass pieces will be supplied by Ghislaine Tibbs and Suzy Mallen (Sparkly Glass).
The Affordable Art Show takes place on the weekend of 24th and 25th August, between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm, at All Saints Church, Gazeley, Suffolk, CB8 8RB.
