We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious full-time Sales Negotiator to join our Newmarket office.
This role operates Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with Saturdays on a rotational basis (9:00 am to 4:00 pm), and a day off in lieu for Saturday work.
This role offers the chance to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will play a key part in supporting clients through every stage of their property journey.

Your role in the team would be:
Providing a welcoming and first-class service to our clients while collaborating closely with the team to negotiate and secure sales.
- Registering and qualifying applicants
- Arranging and carrying out viewings
- Handling viewing appointments and supporting the offer process
- Working closely with prospective buyers and vendors to develop engaging client relationships
- Reporting feedback to clients in a timely manner
- Dealing with all enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face
- Leading negotiations and agreeing on sales

- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
- A self-motivated and collaborative approach, thriving as part of a dynamic team.
- The ability to manage a varied and rewarding workload, effectively organising tasks to meet multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in IT, with a keen interest in adapting to evolving technology.
- A welcoming demeanour and a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and colleagues.
- The capability to work independently with minimal supervision, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Strong relationship-building skills, fostering effective collaboration within the team.
- Access to a personal vehicle insured for business use.
