We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Full-Time Sales Negotiator to join our Newmarket office, where you will have the opportunity to work alongside a highly experienced, motivated, and welcoming team of property professionals within Residential Sales & Lettings. We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a driven Sales Negotiator to become an essential part of our Residential Sales team. This full-time role operates Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with Saturday’s on a rotational basis (9:00 am to 4:00 pm), and a day off in lieu for Saturday work.

What will you be doing?
Providing a welcoming and first-class service to our clients while collaborating closely with the team to negotiate and secure sales.

Main purpose / scope of role:

  • Registering and qualifying applicants
  • Arranging and carrying out viewings
  • Handling viewing appointments and supporting the offer process
  • Working closely with prospective buyers and vendors to develop engaging client relationships
  • Reporting feedback to clients in a timely manner
  • Dealing with all enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face
  • Leading negotiations and agreeing on sales
