Cheffins' market leading Ely office has a vacancy for a Full-Time Senior Negotiator, working alongside a very experienced, driven, and friendly team of property professionals within Residential Sales.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a driven Senior Sales Negotiator who will be an integral member of the Sales Team.  You would be working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and Saturdays on a rota basis 9.00am to 4.00pm, with a day off in lieu.

The successful candidate will need to have the following:

  • Previous experience in Estate Agency in a sales negotiator role
  • Enjoy a varied, busy and rewarding role, with the ability to organise the workload to meet multiple deadlines
  • Good IT skills and enthusiasm for embracing ever changing and advancing technology
  • Self-motivated individual who also enjoys working as part of a team
  • A desire to provide excellent client care with a high level of attention to detail
  • Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Use of own vehicle which is insured for business use.

What will you be doing?

Offering a welcoming and first class service to our clients and working closely with the team to negotiate sales.

Main purpose / scope of role:

  • Registering and qualifying applicants
  • Arranging and carrying out viewings
  • Reporting feedback to clients in a timely manner
  • Dealing with all enquiries via telephone, email and face to face
  • Negotiating and agreeing sales
  • Sales Progression when necessary
  • Arranging market appraisals.
