The land is situated on the western side of the popular village of Great Gransden, approximately 11 miles west of Cambridge.
Heading west from Cambridge along the A428, turn left onto the B1040 shortly after the village of Eltisley. Head south on the B1040 for approximately 1.5 miles before turning left onto the B1046 towards Great Gransden. After approximately half a mile, the land will be found on the right hand side shortly before the Waresley Road, marked by a Cheffins ‘for sale’ board.
