Second floor - 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The properties form a conversion of an old flint barn and are not currently watertight.
PLOT 7: Comprises a conversion of an existing barn and will provide a 3 bedroom single storey dwelling with open plan living/kitchen/dining room, separate study. The barn needs full conversion works.
PLOT 8: A 3 storey conversion of a brick and flint former farm house under a pitched slate roof. PLANNING
The original planning consent was granted by Kings Lynn and West Norfolk Borough Council in 2012 with Planning Ref. 12/00514/FM. Since this point various conditions have been varied and discharged (Planning Ref. 12/00514/FM). There is a S106 Agreement which we believe has been complied with, but buyers must satisfy themselves regarding this issue.

LOCATION
The property is located in the heart of Feltwell, which is a small village approx. 10 miles west of Thetford. The village has some local services such as a school, church and village shops, but the larger towns of Brandon, Thetford and Mildenhall offer a greater range of shops, facilities and services.
The original buildings at the site front Bell Street, however the access to the properties is off The Beck which runs parallel to Bell Street. NB: The site is monitored by CCTV at all times.
