An Imperial Chinese polychrome porcelain lobed circular box and cover, Ming Dynasty, Wanli Period (1573 - 1620),

each lobe painted with a confronting sky dragon, the cover with a double petalled flower, Wanli six character mark and of the period
13 x 15cm



We now think that this is of the period. It has been completely broken and badly restored. The lid has been broken in five pieces and the hole of the base has been off and attached to the body. Rubbing to the enamel around the cover. Losses to the finial
