Description

A Chinese blue and white Kraak porcelain dish, late Ming Dynasty,

the centre decorated with birds amongst shrubs, the border with panels of fruit and leaves, divided by Buddhist emblems
49.5cm diameter



There is a wire hanger on the plate which has resulted in a number of niggles and small chips to the rim.
There is a two inch crack to the rim
There is 3.5 inch crack to the rim with a small chip and area of poor restoration with over painting to the underside which has discoloured.
Another 2.5 inch crack to the rim with a subsequent chip.
