Sam joined Cheffins in 2023. Prior to joining the firm he spent nearly 10 years at a national housebuilder working on a range of schemes in and around Essex and Cambridge before progressing into London, acquiring an extensive knowledge of planning & development and housebuilding and sales.
Sam adds value for clients at all stages of the development cycle. From enhancing the value of land through planning, to shaping the design of a planning approval to suit the target demographic for maximum appeal. He advises developers on internal layout and specification to enhance saleability of the finished product, subsequently maximising the end value of each property when they come to market with the New Homes team.
Sam is also our residential development appraisal specialist and can quickly and accurately review clients' existing appraisals or create new ones to consider the scheme's potential returns and value.
Sam studied Business Management at Oxford Brookes and has completed numerous RICS courses including; Property Development Strategies, Planning & Development and Development Appraisals, Features and Analysis.
