Richard joined the Cheffins residential sales office in Cambridge in 1998 initially as a sales negotiator before becoming an Equity Party in 2010.  

Richard specialises in residential property sales .He has a degree in estate management as well as being a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents.

Richard has an in-depth knowledge of the Cambridge property market and is active in the city as well as the country; he also deals with the sale of development land and new homes.
