Michaela joined the Ely Lettings Department as a Lettings Assistant in April 2007. She completed the Propertymark Level 3 award in Residential Letting and Property Management in 2009 and became an Associate in 2016.

Day-to-day, Michaela manages a diverse property portfolio and deals with matters such as maintenance, deposit negotiations and property visits. As Assistant Lettings Manager she works alongside Jo Whitfield, the Lettings Manager, and where necessary, carries out market appraisals, ensures compliance with ever-changing legislation and deals with more complex matters such as rent arrears.
