Michael  joined Cheffins in 2017  and is a Chartered Surveyor who has spent his entire career of almost 40 years working in Cambridge. During that time he has built up an in-depth knowledge of  both the local area and  the commercial property market.

Michael’s specialises in  agency and development work with a particular focus on office and laboratory property. He is heavily involved in the burgeoning life science market, acting on behalf of both occupiers and landlords/developers on a number of the major schemes around Cambridge.
