Luke joined the Cheffins Commercial Department as a graduate surveyor in 2015, having undertaken work experience in the same department during 2012 and 2013. Since joining Cheffins, Luke has gained experience in the retail, office and industrial sectors, establishing a detailed knowledge of a range of commercial property types throughout Cambridgeshire. Luke is a qualified member of the RICS and has a BSc in Real Estate.

Luke specialises in the acquisition and disposal of industrial premises, offices and open storage land, with a  majority of his work being conducted in Cambridge, Ely, Newmarket, Haverhill and Saffron Walden. Luke’s particular focus is on ‘heavy’ industrial instructions and open storage land.

Outside of his typical role, Luke has acted for a well-known East Anglian charity since 2016, helping the charity to expand its retail presence in Cambridgeshire.
