Laura joined Cheffins as Lettings Manager for our Saffron Walden office in 2020; she has over over 10 years' industry experience. Her career started in her home county of Cornwall and her longevity in the industry has provided her with a wealth of experience in all aspects of residential lettings.

Laura is ARLA qualified and regularly attends Propertymark conferences to keep up to date with changes in the industry as well as benefitting from qualifications in professional photography and generating of floorplans.

Outside of her role managing the lettings department, Laura assists the sales team by providing desktop rental appraisals on all properties that come to market, in order to help buy-to-let landlords seeking investment properties which will provide the best yields possible.
