Katelyn joined the Cheffins Rural Department as a degree apprentice in 2024. She spends most of her time working alongside the team in the Ely office whilst studying part time for her degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management at Harper Adams University.

Katelyn is focusing on a wide variety of work to broaden her experience and help her to become an accredited member of the RICS. She has been involved in many rural property valuations, ongoing renewable energy projects, compulsory purchase orders and agency work.
