Jo joined the Ely Lettings Department in 2013. She completed her Association of Residential Letting Agents qualifications within six months of starting her career in the industry. 

As the Lettings Manager and responsible for a team of five, Jo specialises in the acquisition of new rental properties, complaints, compliance, mentoring, assisting legal representatives with repossessions, marketing and rent arrears.
