Howard joined Cheffins’ Ely office in 2013. Howard holds a dual purpose role in the Ely office both as an Associate and the Office Manager. He has over 25 years’ experience in the property sector, having worked for other agents in Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire prior to joining Cheffins.

Howard specialises in negotiating property sales, a critical role where he acts as the primary conduit between vendor and purchaser, drawing on his significant experience to consistently achieve optimum results for all parties to the contract.
