Emma joined Cheffins in 2022. Emma is a Chartered member of the RTPI and has over 10 years’ experience in the private sector across East Anglia. She has worked on a range of small, to large-scale commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.

Emma has a wealth of experience, implementing planning strategies across a wide range of developments and guiding clients through the planning application process, co-ordinating the submission of planning applications and promoting sites for development through local plans on behalf of developers, landowners, national housebuilders, and private investors.
