Christina studied Criminology and Social Policy at Loughborough University before embarking on her property career. She has built an exceptional reputation amongst clients and colleagues during her ten years in the Cambridge property industry. Since joining Cheffins as a Sales Negotiator in 2017 she has progressed to be an Associate and specialises in the New Homes and Development sector.  

Christina is always up-to-date with current purchaser trends and requirements. This allows her to advise developers on the most suitable  and appealing internal layouts and specification for potential purchasers. She has also developed an unparalleled knowledge of New Home values which ensure developers are well informed prior to commencing a scheme and that their properties are well positioned when they hit the market.
