Adam joined Cheffins following the acquisition of PlanSurv Ltd in December 2021. Adam is a Chartered Planning & Development Surveyor with over sixteen years post qualification experience and twenty five years in the property, planning and development industry. Adam has worked on projects ranging from single dwellings to large scale mixed use development including 3,000 homes.

Adam specialises in complicated planning and property cases with a particular interest in sustainable developments and the delivery of affordable homes.  The majority of his work is in Greater Cambridge, East Cambridgeshire, West Suffolk, Huntingdonshire and Uttlesford.

Outside of his typical role, Adam is involved with the Landowner Incentives Taskforce associated with the Country Land and Business Association (CLA) which is trying to assist with the delivery of affordable homes.
