The house in Huntingdon has already seen significant pre-sale interest, particularly as the residential property market locally continues to go from strength to strength. We also expect the retail lots to sell well, as the sector regains its health following the coronavirus pandemic. Land always is popular, and the acres offered in Pymoor look set to be of interest for farmers and agri-businesses as well as investors.”
