Antiques Roadshow specialists Adam Schoon and John Foster will join Cheffins’ team of experts for their upcoming valuation day on Tuesday 3rd December.
The pair, who are consultants for Cheffins Fine Art, will be available to give valuations at the saleroom on Clifton Road in Cambridge from 10.00am to 4.00pm.
No appointment is necessary and Cheffins are particularly keen to see items of ceramics, glass, silver, jewellery, watches, works of Art, paintings and other collectables.
Adam was the antiques consultant to the BBC One’s Going for a Song before joining the Antiques Roadshow team in 2000. He has over 30 years’ experience in the industry and works as a specialist and expert witness for Trading Standards across the United Kingdom. He joined Cheffins as a consultant earlier this year.
John has been a consultant at Cheffins since 2013 and an auctioneer and valuer since 1989. He His particular interests include furniture, antiquities, coins, medals, militaria, scrimshaw and medical instruments.
