Cheffins is delighted to announce a series of promotions within the firm with three members of staff being recognised in this year’s Summer’s Honours List, effective from 1st July.
Lynsey Butcher has been promoted to Divisional Director, whilst Luke Davenport and Laura Smith have both been promoted to Associate.
Lynsey Butcher joined the firm’s accounts team in 2014 and was promoted to head of the department in 2017. Managing a six-person strong team, Lynsey oversees all of Cheffins’ accounts and ensures the smooth running of the department.
Luke Davenport has worked for Cheffins for over six years, having joined the firm in 2015. He qualified as a RICS chartered surveyor in 2020, and is an integral part of the commercial agency team working within the office, industrial, retail and R&D sectors.
Laura Smith is the lettings manager in the Cheffins’ successful Saffron Walden office. Having joined the firm in September 2020, Laura provides a comprehensive residential lettings service to both landlords and tenants in Saffron Walden and the surrounding villages.
